All-State Choir Co-Commissions with MMEA

Since 1975, an annual collaboration between the American Choral Directors Association of Minnesota (ACDA-MN) and the Minnesota Music Educators Association (MMEA) have commissioned new choral works by Minnesota composers for the MMEA All-State Choir program. ACDA-MN and MMEA share the costs of the commission and invite composers to submit applications and sample works. A blind selection process is used to award the commission. Here follows a list of co-commissions and the All-State groups that performed them.
